Account and user data deletion

This page lets a Qazaqstan Ustazy user request deletion of their unified account and associated data without reinstalling the app.

How to submit a request

Select “Send deletion request”.
Provide the full name, WhatsApp number and email used during registration.
State whether the entire account and associated data or only specific data must be deleted.
Support will verify account ownership and confirm when processing is complete.

Data that is deleted

After verification, profile data is deleted or anonymized, including the name, WhatsApp number, email, user category, password, active tokens and associated applications, answers and results when retention is no longer required.

Data that may be retained

Payment and accounting records, issued-document records and data required for fraud prevention or legal compliance may be retained only for the period required by applicable law. They are not used for other purposes and are then deleted or anonymized.

After account deletion, access to the account and recovery of deleted data will no longer be possible.
